Australian Disability Care Services (ADCS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our services. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our NDIS participants base to further our mission of providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential growth opportunities in the disability care sector.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Business Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives to achieve growth targets and expand ADCS’s market presence.
- Identify and prioritize key target markets, customer segments, and geographic areas for business development activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to define short-term and long-term business goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Residents/NDIS participants Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with potential Residents/NDIS participants, including government agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders, to promote ADCS’s services and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Residents/NDIS participants, partners, and decision-makers, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective Residents/NDIS participants, highlighting ADCS’s unique value proposition, service offerings, and competitive advantages.
- Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial, legally compliant, and aligned with ADCS’s business objectives and financial targets.
- Marketing and Brand Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of ADCS’s services, enhance brand visibility, and attract new Residents/NDIS participants.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising materials that effectively communicate ADCS’s value proposition and service offerings to target audiences.
- Networking and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent ADCS at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions to build professional relationships, expand professional networks, and identify new business opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and advocacy groups, to participate in relevant initiatives, forums, and collaborations that support ADCS’s business objectives and strategic priorities.
