What is mental health?

Anxiety
When anxious feelings persist, occur without any specific reason, or interfere with daily life, it may indicate an anxiety condition.
In Australia, anxiety conditions affect 1 in 4 people, and they are treatable.
Depression
Feeling sad, moody, or low occasionally is a normal part of life. However, if these feelings persist for more than two weeks, it might be a sign of depression.
Depression affects 1 in 7 people in Australia, and it is treatable.
Quality Care
